A group of gastronomic adventurers were treated to a sold-out unique secret dinner at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers, as part of Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ ‘SPG Serious Eats’ pop-up dinner series in partnership with Lime & Tonic and Careem. Held in the hotel’s presidential suite, the guests were greeted by spectacular views of Dubai overlooking the Dubai Creek. Diners were served an exclusive 5-course menu jointly designed by renowned chefs Alfredo Russo and Vineet Bhatia, and award-winning pâtissier Kapila Amaratunga. The event, named ‘The Legend’, was hosted by photographer Katarina Premfors who has been based in Dubai for over 20 years, and has seen the city’s transformation alongside the Sheraton Dubai Creek. With each course she shared pieces of her work from over the years and narrated unheard stories about Dubai.
