Expresso Telecom Group chose 6 modules which are designed to improve the roaming experience of both their inbound and outbound roamers. The first 2 modules are Intelligent Traffic Steering, and Border Traffic Steering, which provides mobile operators with dynamic remote control over the visited mobile network selection process, enabling them to steer their outbound roamers to preferred networks. Expresso Telecom Group also chose Globitel's RoamSalute, a roaming solution that allows mobile operators the ability to send a variety of targeted and personalized SMS messages, along with Roam Analyze a powerful analysis tool and an extensive reporting system to analyze inbound roamer traffic. Expresso Telecom Group couldn’t resist choosing Globitel’s latest roaming solutions, Safe Arrival SMS, a smart tool that allows you to inform your beloved ones via SMS that you have safely arrived at your travel destination, and Globitel’s Bill Shock Preventer which allows you to control your data consumption bill while traveling. Globitel's Vice President, Mr. Fadi Qutaishat expressed joy at this collaboration, reaffirming the company's delight to work with a group as established as Expresso Telecom. 'We perceive this as a Strategic Agreement that we hope will continue to benefit our operational expanse in the region,' He added 'We are honored that our solution catered to the needs of a high profile group like Expresso, and we are certain that our strategic partnership will only grow from here,' It is worth noting that Expresso Telecom Group is one of the fastest growing groups of GSM operators in West and Central Africa.
