Dubai-UAE: 23 November, 2014 – Deyaar Development PJSC (Deyaar), a customer-focused, trusted developer with in-depth market intelligence and property management expertise, is set to showcase two of its high-end projects - Montrose and The Atria as part of its participation at the upcoming Property Show 2014. Scheduled to run from 23-27 November, the first-of-its-kind luxury property exhibition is anticipated to attract more than 20,000 visitors. The event provides an ideal venue for real estate developers, brokers and financial institutions to showcase their portfolio and services to prospective buyers of high-end real estate. From its location at Basement Gate, Stand C at the Dubai International Financial Centre, Deyaar will also highlight the special prices and flexible payment plans on offer at some of its completed projects that promise high return on investments. Nasser Amr, Vice President - Sales, Deyaar, said: “Our portfolio appeals to various market segments. The Property Show is a unique platform for us to increase our visibility to an elite clientele of individual and institutional investors. The recently announced Montrose and Atria are an example of our distinctive projects catering to buyers with different requirements.” Montrose is located at Barsha South at the extension of Umm Suqeim towards Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. The two residential towers feature 68 one-bedroom, 68 two-bedroom, five three-bedroom and two four-bedroom apartments. The hotel apartment tower has been designed to host 88 studios, as well as 68 one-bedroom and 24 two-bedroom units. Majority of Montrose’s residential towers are sold out due to the unique location and popularity of the project amongst buyers and investors. Deyaar’s second showcase project ‘The Atria’ is a 1.25 million sq feet luxury mixed-use twin tower complex located at the Business Bay. The development will feature studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments and three bedroom duplex units across a 30-floor complex. Offering views of the Burj Khalifa, Business Bay Canal and the Dubai Stables, the hotel apartment tower will include spa, gym, infinity pool on the 25th floor, as well as fine dining restaurants. The tower is scheduled for handover in the first half of 2017. Some of the other projects that the company will showcase at the event are Ruby, Hamilton, Oakwood, Central Park and 51@ Business Bay located in Dubai. Deyaar’s latest developments reflect the market’s increasing demand for upscale residential and well-appointed serviced apartments in Dubai. The company’s strategy to venture into this sector is particularly relevant given Dubai’s projection of attracting more than 20 million visitors during Expo 2020.
