• Graduates undertake intensive training at Hamptons as part of the Al Bedaya initiative

Hamptons MENA, the premier property services company with a strong geographic presence in the Middle East and North Africa region, honoured the UAE National graduates and students who undertook an intensive training programme at the company as part of its Al Bedaya initiative.

Al Bedaya is a vocational training programme launched by Hamptons MENA to strengthen the skill-sets and on-the-job experience of UAE national graduates and university students. The programme, launched last year, received strong response from the community.

Hamptons MENA honoured the participants at a special graduation ceremony held at Hamptons International Head Office in Emaar Business Park.

A spokesperson of Hamptons MENA said: “The Al Bedaya Programme for Emirati graduates and university students underscores our commitment to partner in the Nationalisation goals of the UAE by providing hands-on work experience for the youngsters. The inaugural Al Bedaya programme gained strong response from the UAE National graduate and student community, and the participants enthusiastically took part in various aspects of the company’s operations.”

Hampton’s Al Bedaya programme is tailored to ensure that the participants have a strong launch pad for their careers, as they work in a cosmopolitan work environment across all aspects of the business – from marketing, sales, administration, finance and information technology to communications.

Al Bedaya offers three career options for fresh graduates and university students, who can choose internship, part-time or full-time employment opportunities with Hamptons. The programme features a customised approach called ‘Hamptons – Passport to Emiratization’ to monitor the progress of each participant
