It is fully compatible with 'HD Voice', the new device fits easily into the car and enables crystal clear conversation. Available in October 2014 for AED 399.00 Designed for use Featuring an ergonomic design, the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is a single structure including a universal plier , four control buttons including a rotating central control, an omnidirectional microphone and a vibration sensor. - The side button turns of the MINIKIT NEO are to switch the device on and off, it displays the battery level, and the central rotary control is to adjust the volume and access the MINIKIT menu, while the green and red buttons confirm or cancel actions.
The vibrating panel is also the speaker of the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD. HD Voice technology, how does it work?
A phone call in HD voice is based on a new encoding method of voice, the WB-AMR codec. This technology improves the sound quality by extending the spectrum frequency (50 Hz to 7000 Hz, against 300-3400 Hz for the AMR codec) currently in use on mobile networks. Thanks to a more efficient digital audio coding, the bandwidth used is unchanged and the sound is more natural, similar to a human voice. Hands-free telephony without compromise The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD connects via Bluetooth with your mobile phone or Smartphone. When pairing for the first time, the MINIKIT will guide you through vocally, and future connections will be automatic. The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD lets you manage your calls 100% vocally, without manipulation of the MINIKIT or Smartphone. - To make a call, just say the keyword 'MINIKIT' to activate voice recognition, then the name of a contact in your phone book. The Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD then automatically dials that number.
- When a call is incoming, the MINIKIT Neo 2 HD tells you the name of the caller (if present in your directory) and you can simply answer 'Accept' or ' Reject'' to take or refuse the call.
With multipoint technology Parrot 'Dual Mode', the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD is able to support two phones simultaneously (a 'Switch' function switches from one directory to another). Moreover, the advanced technology on the Parrot MINIKIT Neo 2 HD automatically synchronizes its address book with that of any phone connected, and is able to store up to 2,000 contacts per phone .
