DUBAI- September 25, 2014: SPF Realty, the largest real estate broker in the UAE’s freehold property sector, has received the Brokerage Firm Honorary Award from the Dubai Land Department (DLD) at the thirteenth edition of Cityscape Global, being held at Dubai World Trade Centre. His Excellency Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, Director General of DLD, presented the award to Mr. Mahendra Singh, Managing Director of SPF Realty, at a ceremony held at Al Maktoum Hall, DWTC. SPF Realty has been recognized in the “Top 5 Brokerage Organizations in Dubai Real Estate Market” award category. The Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), the executive arm of the DLD in regulation of Dubai’s real estate scene, has positioned SPF Realty as one of the top active brokerage firms in the local market. This is the first year that realty sector organizations in Dubai market are being recognized by the DLD for their contributions to the industry. The DLD was the main supporter for the Real Estate Brokers summit, organized on the sidelines of the Cityscape Global 2014. The DLD selected SPF Realty for the Brokerage Firm Honorary Award, taking into account the company’s commitment to adhering to the authority’s rules and regulations, and dealing with large number of transactions in the market. The award committee considered SPF Realty’s success in establishing and operating a full-fledged real estate broker office, through which the company maintains a global standard organizational structure, in addition to introducing several community initiatives including the nationalization drive.
