Dubai, UAE-22 September 2014:Sheffield Holdings Limited, developers of the second tallest tower in the UAE, Marina 101, has announcedthat they have witnessed a positive response from investors during Cityscape Global 2014. The event had provided investors with the needed platform to interact with the developer’s management. It was also revealed that Marina 101will house a lavish andinternationally-named hotel. During the event, Marina 101 received overwhelming response from investors and according to project consultants many enquiries were registered within the first day, making Marina 101 one of the most visited stands at Cityscape. Mr. Patrick El Khoury, Chief Operating Officer at Sheffield Holdings Limited, said, “We are very optimistic about the response rate we witnessed in Cityscape Global 2014. Investors have shown strong interest in the standard of luxurious living we offer in our three-bedroom and penthouse selection. Our investors are those who seek the most exclusive living, for what we offer at levels 80 to 100 is incomparable.” Revealing more information about the hotel, Sheffield Holdings announced that the hotel will include 300 rooms, 5 conference rooms, multiple luxurious restaurants and spa facilities. The tower will also have a panoramic elevator that leads to anextravagant lounge at floor 101.
