DUBAI- June 12, 2014: Asset Homes, leading property developer from the South Indian State of Kerala, expanded its operations into Dubai aimed at catering to the increasing demand from the Non-Resident Indian (NRI) customers. The builder announced special investment opportunities for the NRI customers in the UAE and beyond to invest in a range of premium projects across seven districts of Kerala. Asset Homes has successfully completed seven years of operations, strengthening its leading position in the State’s realty atlas. To mark the occasion, the company has lined up an array of programmes and festivities to its customers in India and abroad. Speaking at a press conference here, Mr. V Sunil Kumar- Managing Director of Asset Homes, said: “We are happy to announce the launch of our Dubai operations to reach out to the potential non-resident Keralite customers living in this part of the world. Asset Homes will launch a range of new projects across seven districts of Kerala as part of its strategies to meet requirements for quality properties in the State.” “Currently, Asset Homes has operations in the districts of Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam, Kottayam, Thrissur and Kannur. Now we are spreading our wings to Kollam and Kozhikkod districts in the State, fulfilling our strategies of having operations in seven districts across the State. Asset Homes has registered INR 250 Crores (AED 156.25 million) sales revenue during the financial year 2013-14,” he added. “Asset Homes is planning to launch seven new apartment projects across the State, totaling nearly 700 units altogether with around one million sq ft of built-up area at an estimated cost of more than INR 450 Crores (AED 281.25 million). The projects will be located in Vattiyoorkavu - Thiruvananthapuram; Kadappakkada- Kollam; Jawahar Nagar- Ernakulam; Devalokam- Kottayam; Viyyur- Thrissur; West Kallayi- Kozhikod and in Valapattanam- Kannur. We are also planning eight more projects during the current financial year incurring an investment to the tune of INR 600 Crores (AED 375 million),” Mr. Kumar further said. “Over the seven years of operations, Asset Homes has launched a total of 50 projects, out of which 33 have been completed and delivered to the investors. The remaining 17 projects are under different stages of construction. Last year, we have successfully completed and delivered seven new projects at various locations in the State. Presently, Asset Homes has more than 2,500 customers from 25 countries worldwide,” he remarked. Last year, Asset Homes completed and handed over its super luxury Sky Villa project Asset Casa Grande at Thevara, Kochi. The residential project was awarded with CRISIL’s 7-Star rating, the second of Asset Homes’ projects to win the recognition and thus making Asset Homes the first builder in Kerala to win the coveted CRISIL 7-Star rating for its two projects. Casa Grande was also awarded “CIDC Vishwakarma Award 2014”as the best residential project of the year by Construction Industry Development Council, under the planning commission of the Government of India. Mr. Kumar elaborated that construction of the second project in the super luxury category, Asset Insignia, a limited 14 number private designer villas, will soon be commencing at Kaloor, the heart of Ernakulam district. This super luxury project of 14 designer private villas offers world-class amenities within the city. “During the current financial year, Asset Homes is planning to set up a Finishing School by teaming up with a reputed engineering college.
