Lamborghini – the right decision!

Taking on new products or services can sometimes turn out to be a mistake, either because the decision was not thought properly through or because the envisaged service could not be offered.

Recently we saw ARMotors taking on another automotive brand, Lamborghini. We met with Alex Renner, Managing Director of ARMotors and asked him if the decision of taking on Lamborghini was the correct one.

“Absolutely yes!” Alex replied with no hesitation. “Firstly, we new what we are venturing in right from the get go. Lamborghini is an interesting brand and has exiting models. We have the right man power in place that understands the brand and more importantly the technicalities of the cars. We welcomed a lot of Lamborghini owners within the first month of establishing the Lamborghini service. These owners were new to ARMotors. They were surprised about our level of service and the competence of our service advisors while discussing repair aspects of their cars. Their comments about the repairs made were extremely positive and basically confirmed that our decision of taking on Lamborghini was correct.

We were also surprised about the amount of Lamborghini owners entrusting us with their vehicles. At the beginning one would expect a slow start with a few vehicles coming in. In our case we started with a well-filled workshop. All bays allocated for Lamborghini were fully occupied from the first week onwards. We are happy about the decision to have taken on Lamborghini.

We did our due diligence with utmost care. Our methods of studying the market, a brand, their owners were done thoroughly. These were the external focus points. We had also to review internal metrics such as our manpower; their qualification and capabilities. We also needed to allocated sufficient space in our workshop and obtain the correct equipment to be able to service this technically demanding models. In all instances, external as well as internal we are more than satisfied with the outcome and the response received from our quickly growing Lamborghini customer base.

Including the latest brand added, Lamborghini we are repairing and servicing five of the most known and respected sports car brands. Our short term goal is now to keep the momentum going and to make sure that all clients bringing their sports car to us will leave our premises satisfied and with the confidence that we are their right address for all their vehicle requirements”.
