For Fall 2013, Gap goes Back to Blue with a collection of premium ‘Indigo' denim including the Slim Selvedge Jean, Selvedge Heritage Jacket, Henley Tee, Pocket Tee, Crew Neck Fleece, Shawl Collar Fleece, Zip Hoodie, Oxford Shirt, Plaid Worker Shirt for Men. For women, sexy boyfriend jean is introduced as the predominant shape in the collection. The capsule includes tops, outerwear, and accessories that have been produced using genuine indigo dyes. Gap also introduces a new style story ‘Salt'. The fading of summer is reflected here with the fading colors with salt-washed grays and watery blues that help emulate a more muted colour palette and add diversity to the collection. The season also witnesses ‘Sycamore' story for men, where colour dominates with lush greens in the woven's teamed with vibrant violets in the knits. The ‘Surplus' collection for both men and women is made up of performance khakis with pops of luminous yellow in beautiful textures and fabrications. The slim crop pants and woven's make and enhance the stripes and dots while monochrome sets the collection with a 60's twist for women's ‘Work wear'. As for men, Merino V's, Cotton Cardigans teamed with the Slim Stretch Solid Shirts dictate the look. Bottoms are made up of Tailored Slim, Classic Straight and Tailored Straight. Outerwear mirrors the classic feel and includes a Wool Pea coat and a classic Trench. As the season progresses, Gap introduces ‘Colorama' story for women where colors of every mutation makes this collection bold and bright for Fall. Key items include Bella sweater in solids and stripes and Novelty sweater in polka dots and mixed stripes. Cool candy colors infused with prints and pastel patterns with fresh printed plaids are teamed up with super skinny pants while Plaid and layering pieces such as Polka Dot Puffer Vets and Plaid Moto Jackets for women help enhance the winter look. The new collection is available from August 2013 at all Gap stores in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
