Dubai - October 30, 2021:   The real estate and properties transactions valued at 4.93 billion in total during the week ending 28 October 2021. The sum of transactions was 2,245.

 174 plots were sold for AED 920.4 million, 1,080 apartments and villas were sold for AED 2.18 billion.


 The top three transactions were a land in Business Bay sold for AED 68.7 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 47.42 million in Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid, and a land sold for AED 68.7 million in Business Bay in third place.


Al Hebiah Fourth recorded the most transactions for this week by 65 sales transactions worth AED 283.84 million, followed by Al Hebiah Third with 32 sales transactions worth AED 92.26 million, and Hadaeq Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid with 16 sales transactions worth AED 300 million in third place.
 The top three transfers for apartments and villas were an apartment was sold for AED 287 million in Marsa Dubai, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 259 million in Burj Khalifa, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 180 million in Al Khairan First.


The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.64 billion, with the highest being a land in Dubai Investment Park First, mortgaged for AED 227 million.


79 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 180 million.
