Abu Dhabi, UAE - 11 November 2018: Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi’s favorite mall, further cemented its reputation at the 2018 MECSC MENA Shopping Centre & Retailer Awards. The industry’s highly prestigious awards ceremony took place at the RECon Middle East & North Africa retailer and shopping center convention, held at the Ritz-Carlton, Dubai International Financial Center. The convention is the industry’s premier Middle East and North African forum and is attended by shopping centre owners, developers, service providers, managers, and a wide range of retail industry professionals. Competing against some of the leading players in the retail industry, this year Dalma Mall secured 3 coveted award trophies and six finalist nominations, adding to the many other awards the mall has won in recent years. The internationally recognized 2018 MECSC MENA Shopping Centre & Retailer Awards is organized by the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Middle East Council of Shopping Centers (MECSC). The awards honor the most successful retail and retail centers for their excellence in marketing, design and development, and NOI enhancement. This year Dalma Mall was selected as the Gold award winner for ‘NOI Enhancement Excellence - Marketing/ Sponsorship’ and the Silver award winner for ‘NOI Enhancement Excellence - Leasing’, and ‘Marketing Excellence - Customer Service Experience &/or Engagement’.
