Union Coop offers short and flexible working hours to its employees so that they can accompany their children on the first day of their school Dubai, UAE, September 02, 2018: As a part of its ‘Employee Happiness’ and Wellbeing initiative, Union Coop becomes the first private enterprise to offer flexible working hours to its staff to escort their children to school. This comes in line with the National Happiness Program and Quality life Initiative ‘Back to School’.
