Mr Paul Raymund P. Cortes, Consul General, Consulate General of Philippines, Dubai, after he received the Presidential Award Gawad Mabini Rank of Kamanong Grand Cross Dakilang Kamanong award from the President of Philippines for his outstanding contribution as a Diplomat.
