Dubai-UAE: 12 October, 2017: Awqaf and Minors Affairs Foundation (AMAF) is showcasing its portfolio of smart online services that improve the efficiency of its interaction with the public at GITEX Technology Week 2017. AMAF’s participation in the global tech event that runs at the Dubai World Trade Centre from October 8 to 12 reflects the Foundation’s continued endeavors to save its customers time and effort. In line with its smart transformation and customer happiness strategy, AMAF unveiled a host of new smart services for tenants of endowment properties under its management. These include rental renewal applications, facilities maintenance, bounced rental cheque replacement, issuance of no-objection letters, and lease contract termination. During the definitive tech exhibition, the Foundation also revealed that it updated minors’ services available through its dedicated smart application. Among the The updates involve are disbursement services, ‘to whom it may concern’ letters, and smart social search for use by the internal social search team.
