In the era of online applications and job portals, career fairs continue to serve a critical function in bringing together prospective employers and job candidates to allow both parties to network, test the market and establish personal contacts. Research shows that on average, employers are attending 31 career fairs per year, giving jobseekers plenty of opportunities to get in touch. Looking back at ten years of progressive growth, Managing Director of Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai International Academic City, Mr. Mohammad Abdullah, said: “I am very pleased that the eagerly awaited 10th edition of the DIAC Career Fair has yet again managed to exceed expectations and created 385 job opportunities for students. The DIAC Career Fair is an excellent platform to equip students and fresh graduates in the region with the right tools and knowledge to shape their future.
