The designer witnessed the strength and courage it takes to fight against the disease through her mother’s struggle in battling cancer and healing process. In celebration of being cured after a long process, Al Mulla created ‘The Noora’ dress to represents her mother’s strength and optimism in all aspects. A piece that holds a dear place in the designer’s heart. ‘The Noora’ was designed to be worn by her mother on the day of her survival, flaring her personal style in a sentimental way. Crafted in transparent glass beads to reflect purity, pearls to attract luck, floral embellishments to signify blooming hope and the navy-blue color representing the Colon Cancer color. A percentage of the sales will be donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance, a charity organization to help other Colon Cancer Patients around the world toward their healing path.
