Dubai, UAE, July 27, 2016: Popular Sushi restaurant, Manga Sushi has unveiled its new menu this summer. Inspired by all things Japanese, Manga Sushi forms a unique combination of food, Manga comics and the Anime culture to bring about an authentic fun Japanese experience. Welcoming the summer with fresh ingredients and flavour twists, the Philadelphia roll, Salmon Teriyaki, Crispy Hama roll, BOPS and the Rainbow roll are slated to be the heroes of the new menu. The Salmon Teriyaki is a tantalizing combination of freshly grilled Salmon with a delicately flavored teriyaki sauce and balsamic vinegar. The new menu includes some classic and new rolls done with the Manga Sushi twist. The classic Philadelphia roll is a cheese eaters delight as it combines soft cream cheese with the fresh flavours of cucumber and avocado along with a smoked salmon wrapping and is garnished with caviar. A flavoursome Crispy Hama roll completes the trio of new dishes. With the main ingredient being the carefully selected yellow tail fish finely chopped and mixed with volcano sauce avocado, spring onion and cucumber. And the Rainbow roll, a visual delight, is the classic California Maki topped with assorted fish. Another addition is Bops, a sizzling rice hot pot served with Manga Sushi’s famous signature sauce.
