Mr. Kamal Vachani, Regional Director, Electronics and Computer Software Export Promotion Council (ESC) hosted reception to bid farewell to H.E. Mr Robert J.H. de Leeuw, Consul General of Netherlands.  The reception was attended by large number of Consul Generals and Ambassadors.
