Crispin Simon, Chief Executive Officer, Rex Bionics plc, said “We are delighted to have entered into this agreement to enable people with mobility impairments across the UAE to use REX for robot assisted therapy at Amana Healthcare Medical and Rehabilitation Hospitals; and for people wishing to purchase a REX for use at home to be able to try it first at one of their hospitals.’’

‘’The UAE healthcare market represents a great opportunity for Rex Bionics and we are confident that we can collectively with Amana Healthcare deliver some truly innovative rehabilitation programmes for patients with spinal injury, stroke and other conditions requiring neurorehabilitation.”

Mr. Mark E. McGourty, CEO, Amana Healthcare,  said  “We are delighted that patients in the United Arab Emirates now have access to a world-class inpatient rehabilitation service using REX technology and no longer need to travel abroad to obtain the care they need.
