Group of volunteers from the Grand Millennium Dubai Hotel participated enthusiastically in the 'Clean Up UAE' 2015 campaign. Organised by Emirates Environmental Group (EEG),  the countrywide initiative attracted this year more than 125,000 people from all over UAE who gave their time and energy to remove tonnes of waste from various areas.

Mr. Oussama Chalak, Resident Manager of Grand Millennium Dubai, said, 'The Emirates Environmental Group (EEG) is a professional group devoted to protecting the environment through community involvement. As part of our CSR policy we are committed to support any such initiatives that help create a better world for all of us as well as our future generations. Together we can make a positive impact by creating awareness about environmental issues'.

Emirates Environmental Group (EEG), is the only organization of its kind in the UAE with accredited status to the United Nations Convention to Combating Desertification (UNCCD) and the United Nations Environmental Programme (UNEP).
