Dubai, November 2, 2015: Dubai Ice Rink, the Olympic-sized ice rink managed by Emaar Retail in The Dubai Mall, and World Top DJ, the musical talent platform, will host a Guinness World Record attempt for the longest DJ relay that will feature renowned and aspiring DJs performing back to back on November 6, 2015, from 3pm. The event will bring together 150 of the top DJs in the industry, performing the best beats. Expected DJs are: DJ Vlader Shaydyville, four-time DJ award winner and Snoop Dogg & DMX’s Tour DJ; DJ Dragor from America who is a top Miami DJ and award winner; DJ Teekay from Germany, the German Tour DJ winner; and award winner DJ Jamila from Holland. The top ten DJs from the world have been invited - you never know who you might get to see! Whether you’re looking to show off your moves on the dance floor or on the ice rink, you will be part of show-stopping performances by some of the most talented DJs from across the world. Known for providing a platform for new emerging musical talent to showcase their creativity, World Top DJ encourages those who are looking to take their passion to the next level. In 2013, World Top DJ set the record for Longest DJ Relay with 111 DJs. In 2015, visitors to Dubai Ice Rink will be part of history to win back the Guinness Record. The record to beat is 133 DJs which was accomplished in Singapore in 2014. Visitors to the Dubai Ice Rink can also experience DJ Nights where every Friday local celebrity DJs including the likes of DJ Keza, DJ Strutter, DJ Masterstepz, Mr Shef Codes and DJ Kaboo, play from 8pm.
