Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia’s Acclaimed Ashiana Restaurant Introduces New Kabab Festival Menu to Highlight Fantastic Culinary Heritage

Dubai, United Arab Emirates : Diners at Ashiana by Vineet will be taken on a culinary journey around India as the award-winning restaurant at Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel & Towers introduces a Kabab Festival menu.

Renowned Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia is delivering a Kabab meal experience at Ashiana, located in the beautiful setting by Dubai Creek, celebrating the fantastic cultural history of this popular dish.

Those lucky enough to dine at Ashiana will be able to choose between such enticing concoctions as Malabari Jhinga Tandoori – jumbo prawns marinated in curry leaf and roasted coconut – and Dahi Kabab Akhroti, melt-in-your-mouth kababs made of yoghurt and walnuts and light spices.

Vineet Bhatia himself will be in Dubai from 5-9 April to join in the festivities. As the only Indian chef to have two Michelin-starred restaurants, Vineet Bhatia has led highly acclaimed restaurants across the globe and has won numerous international awards, including “Chef of the Year 2004” and and “100 Most Powerful Indians in Gulf- Arabian Business 2012.”

The Kabab Festival menu is available until 7th May 2015.
