[NYSE: PVH], celebrated the launch of To Tommy, From Zooey, a capsule collection of dresses and accessories designed in collaboration with actress, musician and style icon Zooey Deschanel, with an exclusive red carpet event at The London Rooftop hosted with Vanity Fair’s Senior West Coast Editor Krista Smith. Featuring spectacular views of downtown Los Angeles, The London Rooftop featured specialty décor inspired by prints from the To Tommy, From Zooey capsule collection. Screens throughout the space played videos from the collection’s dedicated advertising campaign featuring Zooey Deschanel, and DJ Zen Freeman provided music throughout the evening. The spirited collection of 16 dresses and accessories in a signature Tommy palette of red, white and blue were designed by Tommy and Zooey using her signature style as inspiration. The flattering silhouettes range from classic coat and shirtdresses to specialty peek-a-boo styles, with prints hidden inside the pleats. Crisp, mod-shapes are combined with nautical touches—creating a look Deschanel calls “Modical.” Bright and upbeat, To Tommy, From Zooey, captures the buoyant attitude of the sixties, the decade in which Hilfiger made his fashion debut and from which Deschanel draws much of her fashion inspiration. The collection will be available on tommy.com on April 11 and in select Tommy Hilfiger stores on April 14.
