The artists thought it was obvious that some of the most prestigious and most visited museums in the world should have this collection in their museums permanently. “It is a deep wish that people all over the world be given the opportunity, the pleasure, the joy of viewing and appreciating ancient Calligraphic Art as much as Mayan Art, Aboriginal Art, Inuit Eskimo Art, Christian, Orthodox and Buddhist Art which have already crossed the borders for people of all nations to discover and appreciate worldwide.” says Savannah Art from this part of the world should be appreciated as much as any other recognized expressions of art such as indigenous, religious or tribal art from other parts of the world, leaving all cultural barriers aside. There is no better way to achieve this project than to offer this collection as a gift of appreciation for the beauty and elegance Calligraphic Art portrays. This initiative comprising, a projected 1744 numbered edition pieces, should be elaborated, delivered and gifted to some of the most renown or highly visited 109 museums in the world within a 6 months time frame. The artists, by creating this special collection, wish to bring knowledge and awareness of the beauty of ancient Calligraphic Art, respectfully combined with Modern Art, to the world of the arts, art enthusiasts and people of all nations. “Art without cultural barriers would keep its true meaning, for now and the future. The beauty of the “Art” would have its impact through art works of modernity and ancient Islamic Art which will be viewed and appreciated by hundreds of millions of people visiting these museums worldwide in the future. This initiative is only a small stone on a long path which will enable further opportunities for Islamic Art artists around the planet, which are extremely talented, acknowledging the creativity and beauty of their paintings of Islamic Art which will be recognized as such.” says Veronika Gess. This cultural project has already seduced benefactors from all around the globe from different nationalities, cultural and religious backgrounds who expressed their wish to participate in this beautiful adventure. Through their gesture in participating to make this project come through, acceptance and appreciation of ancient calligraphy combined with modern art has already been welcomed heartily as a positive cultural initiative which will open minds.. All those wishing to participate are most welcome, as this project can only be funded, in total transparency, through the strong support of the benefactors to give birth to this initiative. Unfortunately, the artists themselves do not have the financial capacity to fund the costs linked to a project of such magnitude. The artists initiated and created hence, hand in hand, with the benefactors, will achieve a meaningful positive action. A full report and a documentary film tracing the entire initiative from conceptualization to delivery of the works to the museums will be made. This initiative was greeted extremely positively and is a message of universal unity from the people of different nations and different cultural backgrounds who are contributing to making history, in the world of Arts, through one and only common factor : The Love of Art.
