Drawdeck to represent Dubai at Slush'13

Innovative online platform Drawdeck has been invited to attend the 2013 SLUSH start-up conference in Helsiniki, Finland

Slush is the largest tech, design & startup conference covering Northern Europe and Russia and is the largest venture capital conference of its kind in Northern Europe. The two-day start-up conference creates the environment for new entrepreneurs to meet leading investors and media from around the world.

Drawdeck was founded by David Hammond and is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Initially focusing on local talent the site has already expanded globally and includes international users from the UK, Europe, United States and Australia. It is a simple and easy to use platform, which enables creative drawings to be shared, critiqued and discovered. Currently Drawdeck can be used for a variety of purposes; to share, organize, promote and critique drawings, follow others and generate inspiration from and find like-minded Creatives to communicate and collaborate with.

Drawdeck's third stage, due early 2014, will see the launch of an interactive ‘Market Place', which will allow users to buy and sell their artwork directly through their individual profile. This will be accompanied with the addition of a new Moblie & Tablet App, which will further strengthen Drawdeck's credentials and improve the growing community. The Market Place, will also offer the opportunity for Employers to advertise jobs to potential Employees and illustrators.
