Back to school campaign kicks off in style August 2013: Shoe Mart, the region's leading retailer of trendy footwear and accessories celebrates its ‘Back to School' season with a special campaign designed to offer its customers more when they purchase school merchandise. Tiny tots will stand a chance to win AED 600 worth of gift vouchers by participating in Shoe Mart's Facebook campaign: “Name & Win”. This year's Back to School campaign by Shoe Mart has 2 mascots that enliven the range of shoes and accessories on offer. An imitation of school going kids; characters that bring to life the emotions of school life. The mascots who debut in this season's Back to school campaign would be named by the two winners of the Facebook competition. Participants have to create fun names for the characters as part of the entry to the competition and the two best suggestions will be rewarded with AED 600 each worth of vouchers. This enjoyable experience will not be limited to naming the characters, but will involve other attributes such as defining the mascots' personality, name, age, their hobbies and preferences. Competition commences on the 21st of August and will run until the 15th of September, 2013.
