Dubai, U.A.E., 18th March 2019: The Emirates Group is once again gearing up for Careers UAE 2019, offering diverse career opportunities for UAE nationals at the three-day exhibition.

This year, the Group will reveal a new programme, targeting national school graduates who aspire to be part of the exciting world of applied Technology. The programme, dubbed ‘the Technologists’, will consist of four years of academic education and two years of on-job training, providing students with a solid training and exposure to the wide spectrum of technologies and technical capabilities. Upon completing the programme, graduates will be able to work in operational or enterprise technology roles and continue to build upon their new found skills and experience.

In addition to the new programme, the Group will also be showcasing its other National School Graduate Programmes, including the National Cadet Pilot, Emirates Airport Service, Skycargo, and dnata Travel. These programmes are specifically designed to help train and educate UAE Nationals, empowering them with knowledge and preparing them for a career with the Group. The Emirates Group will also offer various job opportunities, catering to all interests and educational backgrounds. Job-seekers at Careers UAE can explore employment opportunities in Emirates airline and dnata across different business units such as Human Resources, Procurement, IT, Facilities Management, and Internal Audit and Finance.

The Emirates Group revealed its Emiratisation Strategy, Rehlaty, back in 2015 to target and recruit UAE nationals - and equip them for a dynamic career with the Emirates Group.  This strategy has proven to be a success as UAE nationals continue to prosper, contributing to the Group’s accomplishments and occupying leadership positions within the organization.
