Amir will be showcasing the benefits of the Les Mills™ workout with live demonstrations of three classes from the Les Mills™ stage. The High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Les Mills SPRINT™ class starts at 6.15pm and is a great way to achieve fast results; consumers will receive tips and tricks on how to lengthen and strengthen their muscles with a mix of yoga, tai-chi and pilates in Les Mills BODY BALANCE™ at 7.05pm; or visitors to the Stadium will learn how to up their metabolism with high intensity Les Mills GRIT™ class at 8.10pm. In between the sessions, Les Mills™ Reebok Team will be demonstrating this season’s latest Reebok Les Mills™ products.
