DAE announces closing of Joramco acquisition

Dubai, UAE, October 1, 2016: Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. announced today that it had closed the acquisition of 80% of Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited from The Abraaj Group. The agreement to purchase was previously announced on 20 September 2016.
