Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 9th February 2015: ICONS Coffee Couture, a German coffee franchise, conducted a new series of ladies coffee mornings, on February 02, to spread health awareness around nutrition, fitness and overall wellbeing!
The first session was held in association with ICONS Brand Ambassador, Rob Donker, founder of Beyond Wellness and leading fitness trainer. The informative session was on negating ‘Diet Myths’ and was attended by 60 ladies who enjoyed the healthy sugar-free sweets and treats. The talk was followed by discussion regarding diet and the benefits of adapting an overall healthy lifestyle instead. . Elena Weber, the founder of ICONS Coffee Couture said, “We are extremely glad to be able to host such kind of events in order to promote a positive and healthy lifestyle in our community. The idea is to educate the residents of UAE about health and wellness by inviting leading trainers and fitness professionals for informative sessions.” ICONS Coffee Couture aims to launch similar initiatives every month to impart knowledge regarding wellness and fitness to the community.
