From 1st until 31st December 2021, a wide variety of eLife plans will enjoy a boost of up to 1Gbps regardless of their contract commitment status. 
 
The speed upgrade is automatically applied for all eligible customers without any changes to their commitments or any need to opt-in; they will simply enjoy the new speeds until the end of the promotional period. After this, the speed will revert to the plan’s current speed.
