Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 26 November 2020:  Dubai’s premier fresh food market, the Waterfront Market will celebrate the UAE’s 49th National Day this year with a range of activities to mark the occasion as part of its bigger initiative of bringing back safe entertainment to the Market.

The Waterfront Market will be home to a traditional Emirati heritage village allocated on the promenade alongside the gleaming Deira Corniche waterway consisting of five traditional areesh tents. Each tent will offer a different activity stemmed from the local culture, from the Dukkan ‘traditional grocery store’ and the gargoor net making, to the fish net weaving, a traditional majlis and live cooking demonstrations of Emirati dishes.

Expect an entertaining UAE National Day celebration at the Waterfront Market from Wednesday 2nd December to Saturday 5th December, from 2 pm to 10 pm daily.

Renowned as the source for everything fresh and the one stop for all essential shopping needs from fresh fish, meat & poultry, dry goods & spices, fruits & vegetables to a wholesome grocery shopping experience at Lulu hypermarkets, Dubai’s premier fresh food market, the Waterfront Market also offers a plethora of food and beverage experiences guaranteed to satisfy all taste buds.
