Kids First Group Stands Strong by Extending Full Support to Parents During Uncertain Times
August 05, 2020: Kids First Group (KFG), the leading group in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Doha for providing premium early years education and childcare, showcased its full commitment to the parents by extending full support to the families and adding some ease to their financial burdens.
In its mission to remain true to its purpose and despite the challenging periods, KFG facilitated a Virtual Nursery Program for term three at no charge to parents. The group also devised financial support plans by offering flexible payment options.
“When we started our journey over nine years ago, we wanted to create a world-class nursery experience offering a variety of curriculums, so parents do not have to compromise. We feel that it is our collective responsibility to stay true to our promise and offer a helping hand in critical times, such as this”, said Kamil Najjar, Kids First Group, CEO and Founder.
KFG created an exclusive parent support portal allowing them direct access to experts on meditation, stress relief, child behaviour management, psychology support and yoga. During the quarantine time, KFG developed the Virtual Nursery with access to resources and activities across here curriculums to choose from.
“We are here for the long-run and we feel that empowering and nurturing the next generation is more critical than ever. Our vision will remain the same; to provide the highest possible care, love and support to children to allow them to grow at their own pace by working together with families”, he further added.
“We are very hopeful that we can welcome back our little ones from September and we can continue to provide excellence in early education. By adhering to the guidelines of the Ministry of Education (Abu Dhabi) and the Knowledge and Health Development Authority (KHDA) in Dubai, we created the KFG Safety and Preventive Protocol, including thorough and continuous disinfection across all nurseries with all team members being tested and negative. We have also built a a separate waiting area outside the nursery providing virtual tours for all visitors and potential parents. Once we have guidance from the authorities on the opening, we are all ready and prepared to open our gates again said Diana Zeidan, area director for Odyssey Nursery, part of KFG.
