Dubai United Arab Emirates, 09 April 2020: Amidst the COVID-19 outbreak, Al Zahra Hospital Dubai has launched TeleMedicine services to support residents in need of healthcare who do not wish to visit hospitals or clinics. In addition, the hospital set-up a dedicated hotline - to respond to queries and address concerns related to Coronavirus. As global efforts are being taken to fight the outbreak of COVID-19, the TeleMedicine services were launched to support nationals & residents who seek healthcare services but avoid visiting a healthcare provider.

As a response to the public’s abundant requests to speak to medical professionals, cross checking medical information and sourcing answers to their queries, Al Zahra Hospital Dubai launched a COVID 19 hotline – (04) 378 6868. People can call in from 9 am to 9 pm Saturday to Thursday and speak to a medical professional at no cost, regarding their COVID 19 questions or concerns.
