The leading private healthcare group is one of the first to offer such a service to patients in the UAE, supporting the community to access quality healthcare advice during this challenging time.

 

Through visiting the respective facilities’ websites, patients can book an appointment with a general practitioner and then ‘visit’ the doctor remotely via a video call. Appointments with pediatricians are also available through the Aster Hospital platform. The doctors will advise patients should they require an in-person consultation for further testing or for the issuance of a prescription. Home delivery service for medicines and pharmacy products would be available across UAE. People seeking information on COVID-19 can also reach a medical professional through the Aster call center where specific queries about the virus will be addressed.
