Elaf highlights its hotels in the holy cities and Jeddah at ATM 2015
May 04, 2015 - The Elaf Group of Companies for Travel, Tourism and Hotels is participating at this year’s edition of the Arabian Travel Market, the Middle East region’s leading annual travel trade exhibition, which is being held from May 4 to May 7, 2015 in Dubai. During the show, Ziyad Bin Mahfouz, President of the Elaf Group, is expected to throw the spotlight on its hotels located across major cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, particularly its hotels in Makkah, Madina and the upcoming property in Jeddah (Elaf Galleria).
“The Elaf Group is fully committed in investing in time, effort and money to ensure that our hotels fully meet the needs and requirements presented by our guests, most especially during Hajj and Umrah. Participating at ATM 2015 will allow us a strategic opportunity to showcase the success that we have achieved through our hotels in Makkah, Madina and Jeddah, while also aiming to attract more guests to come stay with us in the coming seasons.”
The Elaf Group maintains a selection of fine hotels across Makkah Al Mokarama like the Elaf Al Mashaer, Elaf Al Salam, Elaf Ajyad, Elaf Bakkah, Elaf Kinda and Elaf Mina. The group also offers its finest hotel services in Al Madina Al Monawara through the Elaf Taiba, Elaf Al Bustan and Elaf Al Nakheel. Lastly, the Elaf Group also has a five star hotel in Jeddah, which is located at the Red Sea Mall.
“Greater focus is recommended towards promoting creativity and innovation across the travel and tourism market, which is in need of ‘travel consultants’ rather than just ‘ticket clerks.’ We received highly positive responses from customers and loyal clients as evident from strong following on our social media pages, and this has prompted us to invest further in offering the highest services, which in turn, ensures greater customer satisfaction,” Bin Mahfouz added.
Elaf Group remains committed to providing a wide range of comprehensive services under the highest standards of quality and efficiency, following best international practices. This is reflected by the several awards of excellence that the company has received.
“Such achievements motivate the group to continue in the move to adopt the latest standards, systems, advanced technologies and best practical services to maintain our leading position in the Kingdom and the rest of the region-- ultimately becoming one of the world’s top travel, tourism and hospitality companies,” Bin Mahfouz concluded.
