In line with the UAE Government's directive to citizens and residents to remain in their homes

Unique solution allows customers to send off their cars for periodic service and maintenance checks while staying at home

Abu Dhabi, March 30, 2020 - Al Masaood Automobiles, the authorized distributor of Nissan, INFINITI and Renault in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western region, is providing its service that gives customers the convenience of having their cars picked up from home for their scheduled maintenance and service checks and delivered back straight to your doorstep. The service is part of the company's continuing efforts to ensure the health, well-being and safety of the community against the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19).

According to the company's senior executives, the service is part of the ‘Wiqaya’ campaign, which was launched across all of the Al Masaood Group's divisions and service centres to aid in the implementation of precautionary and preventive measures aimed at protecting the health and safety of customers and employees in accordance with the highest standards set by the government.

Availing of the service can be done in three simple steps--customers can book the appointment using the Al Masaood Auto App where arrangements can be made for the car's pick-up and delivery; a service advisor will get in touch with the customer to inform about the status of the vehicle being serviced and payment transactions can be made before or during time of delivery.

Harmeet Singh, Aftersales Director, Al Masaood Automobiles, said, “We are proud to provide this customer convenient offering that was created following the government's directives for citizens and residents to stay at home to avoid the spread of COVID-19. We understand that despite the order to remain at home, customers will still need to service their cars. To address this, we created this new service to provide customers with a convenient solution--have your car picked up by us, get it serviced and promptly returned to your doorstep when done.”

The service is featured in the Al Masaood Auto App for Nissan, INFINITI and Renault. The app is a one-touch solution that has been created to help address all the vehicle needs of Al Masaood Automobiles’ customers. The app features other strategic key features like service appointment bookings, roadside assistance and live chat service. The app presents users with a portfolio of new and certified pre-owned vehicle models as well as vehicle accessories and other services.

“This service demonstrates our efforts to understand and sufficiently address the customer's needs by providing them with hassle-free transactions and solutions that offer a world-class quality customer experience. Moreover, we are also committed in supporting the government in its efforts to preserve and protect the community, which we see as a fundamental value of the Al Masaood Group,” concluded Harmeet.
