He was responsible for finding, casting and producing the 4 judges on Strictly Come Dancing – Arlene Phillips, Craig Revel Horwood, Bruno Tonioli and Len Goodman – all now big BBC faces and internationally known presenters. And has put brand new faces on shows for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Channel 5, ABC America.
