Dubai, UAE; January 12, 2020:  OSN, the region’s leading entertainment network has seen an impressive 13 wins and 46 nominations for 22 of its shows at this years Golden Globe awards. 

Honouring the best in entertainment from 2019’s television and movies, the 77th Golden Globes recognised outstanding content. OSN shows dominated the nominations with hit shows like Killing Eve, Chernobyl and Fosse / Verdon each scooping up three nominations. Chernobyl took home two coveted awards while Fosse / Verdon took home one.

Arab-American comedy Ramy was the first win of the night with the lead actor Ramy Youssef taking home the award for ‘Best Actor in a Comedy Series’. Top OSN show Succession won both ‘Best Series Drama’ and ‘Best Actor in a Drama Series’ for the suspenseful family drama. For those looking to get properly stuck into a great series, Succession S1 and 2, Chernobyl and Ramy are currently available on OSN On Demand.

Critically-acclaimed and Golden Globe winning content is on the OSN line up for 2020 with movies such as ‘Once Upon a Time in Hollywood’ and ‘Rocketman’ set to hit OSN screens in the coming weeks. This stellar line up includes Golden Globe nominated movies including Frozen 2, Little Women, Knives Out, Bombshell and Toy Story 4 – set to entertain children and adults alike.
