Fujairah, UAE, 17 December 2019:  City Centre Fujairah is bringing something sweet to mall guests this holiday season with the launch of the month-long Candy Festival, serving up immersive food-focused workshops and generous opportunities to win. A dedicated mall space will be transformed with giant lollipops and candy canes, colourful giftboxes, and a glittering Christmas tree from 1 – 30 December as families come together to delight in the magic of a delicious winter wonderland.

The Candy Festival will offer an unforgettable experience with creative art and confectionery workshops for kids and incredible shop and win experiences for parents. With the promise of sweet treats ahead, kids will learn to make tasty snacks using Rice Krispies and chocolate at the Crisps n Dip Craft workshop. Kids can also channel their inner pastry chef as they design their own candy cookies, while for those with an artistic streak, colouring stations across the space will do just the trick. All families have to do to access the activation is spend AED 200 or more at any retailer in City Centre Fujairah.

Satisfying surprises await the grown-ups too when they enter the activation space. Not only will parents get instant prizes in the form of retail vouchers for City Centre Fujairah stores, they’ll also be put into the draw for the grand prize of a 4x4 SUV. How’s that for a holiday gift? And for those with even more on their wish list, weekends at the Candy Festival will offer the whole family a chance to get together and meet Santa Clause himself for a photo opportunity worth cherishing.

Abdulhamid Bukhashem, Majid Al Futtaim - Mall Manager, City Centre Fujairah said, “We are delighted to offer families a festive-themed space where kids can unleash their creativity as parents visit us to shop from a rich variety of much-loved brands. The holidays are very much about giving back, and the Candy Festival is just one of the ways City Centre Fujairah is serving our community with great moments.”
