Xerox hosts its Year Start event in Dubai, UAE to celebrate its triumphs, reward excellence and show recognition to its channel partners for their key role in 2014’s success.
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 22nd January, 2014: – Xerox Corporation, the global leader in business process and document management, is holding its annual partner conference in Dubai on 21st - 22nd January 2015. The Xerox Year Start event is focusing on new direction and growth strategy in the Middle East, outperformance in the regional markets and increase in the equipment sales in 2015. Xerox and its partners are also taking the opportunity to celebrate successes and growth in channel partner networks and reward the excellence of 2014.
More than 150 Xerox staff members, including the Xerox Developing Markets President, partners representing over 89 countries from across Middle East, Africa and Central and Eastern Europe, are taking part in the meeting to review last year’s milestones and market trends as well as strategies for 2015. The event is taking place in JW Marriot Marquis in Dubai.

Events such as these are a great platform to recognize our partners in the region and our commitment to them,” comments Dan Smith, General Manager for Integrated Marketing for the Middle East and Africa region of Xerox’s Developing Markets Operations.
Xerox has been significantly maintaining its stronghold in the region for decades through numerous global launches across different product segments. Office & production solutions as well as the Xerox value add and augmented offerings such as new Ink Jet Offerings, Next Generation MPS and the core Xerox Technology offerings are on the top of the list. The company aims to establish its influence in the region through increasing its partnership base.

In addition to reviewing the 2014 business strategy and communicating the direction ahead, a selection of partner awards are also being presented at the event in recognition of excellence and superior performance by channel partners. Some of the awardees to be recognized include: Alamana industries for being the Middle East Distributor Operations Partner of the year 2014; M and BM for being the Central Eastern Europe Distributor Group Partner of the year 2014; Manfrac for being the Xerox Egypt Partner of the year 2014 and Image Graphics as the African and Mediterranean Distributor Operations Partner of the year 2014.
