Dubai, United Arab Emirates - Luxury smartphone accessorizer Givori today launched its first ever men's collection.
Available in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Givori Phantom Black Platinum consists of an iPhone5 (64GB) customised with black rhodium, one of the rarest, most valuable precious metals on the planet.
The back of the phone is made from highly-prized Mississippiensis alligator skin, which has been treated with silver dust to give it a distinctly masculine metallic finish.
Retailing for AED 11,000, Givori Phantom Black Platinum has been specifically created to appeal to the confident, masculine and self-made man. All customisations are 100 per cent hand-crafted in Italy, and each handset is designed to be completely unique.

Much of Givori Phantom Black Platinum's intrigue centers on its expertly crafted silver elements, all of which have been bonded with rhodium. This incredibly rare, chemically inert transition metal - which attaches itself to the silver base through a heat-based casting process - has never been used in a smartphone before.
All rhodium parts including the frontal sheet (which only Givori has the technical know-how to craft) are hand-brushed to create a one-of-a-kind Strisce (stripe effect).
Other notable features include an industrial accented screw-top navigation key that pays homage to contemporary style and high-end fashion.
Givori has also gone the extra mile to combine exquisite aesthetics with technological ingenuity, coating all parts of the smartphone in a nanotechnology film to combat oxidation, fingerprints and colour fading.
The Givori Phantom Black Platinum is presented in a custom-made wooden box, making it the ideal gift.
As with every Givori product, Phantom Black Platinum comes with extensive post-sales support, including one year's warranty on all software, cosmetic and jewellery elements. All repairs include a free pick-up and delivery service.
Phantom Black Platinum is now available across the UAE at select Axiom Telecom stores, Harvey Nichols – Dubai, Mall of the Emirates, and Damas Les Exclusives Boutiques (Burj Al Arab Hotel, Dubai Mall, and Wafi). The product is also available at selected Axiom Telecom and Harvey Nichols stores in Saudi Arabia.
