Sharaf Tours is the Dubai-based inbound division of Sharaf Travels LLC, one of the UAE's most respected and trusted travel organizations has chosen Global Innovation as a technology providers for their inbound business automation needs, with more than two decades of operational excellence Sharaf tours specializes in services such as Hotels, Excursions, Safaris, Visa, Meet & Greet, Groups Handling, Cruise Ground Handling & MICE.
Global Innovations flagship product I-Itinerary, an Inbound ERP will be used by Sharaf Tours for automating all aspect of their business - which includes contract management, Reservation & Back office, Financial Accounting, Groups Handling and online booking B2B (point of sale module) .
Kabir Ali (CEO) of Global Innovation said the aim is to get Sharaf Tours up and running with I-Itinerary before ATM (Arabian Travel Market).
“We generally implement our I-itinerary ERP in four to five weeks, But since the deal has been finalized just before the peak season our professional services team will have to wait until April 2013 when the key business stakeholders form Sharaf Tours are available for moving the systems. But this also gives Sharaf Tours an opportunity to utilize latest release of software I-Itinerary 3.0 which will available by 31 March 2013.
Meer added that along with the release of I-Itinerary 3.0 Global Innovations is announcing release of additional new modules to their ERP, I-Itinerary 3.0 will be supported with a full fledge Business Intelligence module & Complete capability of XML distribution which is most anticipated by their existing customers.
