The partnership is designed to strengthen security, compliance, efficiency and customer experience whilst creating a scalable operational foundation for future expansion.
Additional services are being finalised for phased implementation, including e-commerce delivery, cash teller and facilities management services. The two organisations are also exploring further integrated business solutions aligned with the evolving operational requirements of Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
