Dubai – 05 December 2023:  An Asian passenger tried to smuggle marijuana through Dubai International Airport by grinding it and concealing it in bags, claiming it was henna powder. However, Dubai Customs officers, equipped with extensive experience and advanced skills from regular training, uncovered the deception. The confiscated narcotics, along with the passenger were handed over to the General Directorate of Anti-Narcotics at Dubai Police, showcasing the collaborative efforts between Dubai Customs and the Dubai Police. Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at 23.38 billion in total during the week ending 27 October 2023. The sum of transactions was 1,761.  265 plots were sold for AED 2.84 billion, 1,496 apartments and villas were sold for AED 3.71 billion.  The top three transactions were a land in Al Yufrah 1 sold for AED 74.78 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 64.88 million in Al Hebiah Fourth, and a land sold for AED 61.92 million in Al Goze Second in third place. • The vaccine is being administered to adults 50 years and above in two doses six months apart. • The vaccine will contribute to preventing shingles infections and diminishing complications among those infected.   The Ministry of Health and Prevention has announced that it is now offering the herpes zoster vaccine, the certified vaccine for the prevention of shingles, at health facilities serving those 50 years old and above.
