[Dubai, March 2015] - Paris Gallery has announced that it has broken the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest lenticular holographic display. The hologram, erected at its retail store in the Al Ghurair Center in Dubai is 40 meters long and 4.12 meters wide, and covers an area of 159.8 square meters. It broke the record previously set in Russia in 2012 by more than 4 square meters. Two hundred panels with a thickness of 3.25 mm makes up the lenticular hologram.
Mr. Mohammed Abdul Rahim Al Fahim, CEO, Paris Gallery Group of Companies, said, “It came to us as a surprise that the hologram we had installed in one of our newest stores breaks the previously held Guinness world record. Our stores are designed to making shopping with us a luxurious and memorable experience.
The hologram was set up to mirror the opulent in-store environment to passers-by. And I’m very happy that we have unwittingly broken the record.”
