SPEED-FIT set to launch world's largest EMS training facility in Business Bay.

State-of-the-art facility spread over 4,200 sq. ft. developed at a cost of AED 33 million

Dubai, January 24, 2015 - SPEED-FIT, leading lifestyle and fitness leader specializing in innovative electromyostimulation (EMS) therapy is set to open the world's largest EMS workout facility at the One by Omniyat in Dubai's Business Bay district.

The state-of-the-art club spreading across 4,200 sq ft, has been developed at a cost of AED 33 million and will provide customers with high-end workout and relaxation facilities complete with dedicated men's and women's areas.

Fully-equipped with locker rooms, showers, numerous flat screen televisions, separate training areas for men and women, a specialized cellulite treatment room, the club will be open for use at the customer's convenience 14 hours a day, seven days a week. The facility also provides a relaxing lounge area, ample parking spaces with free valet parking for club members, right in the heart of the landmark commercial development just off Sheikh Zayed Road.

“It is extremely gratifying to be able to open our dedicated Business Bay outlet, which is our second, so close on the heels of our initial entry into Dubai earlier this year, which shows that people have really warmed up to the potential of EMS training,” said Mariam Mohammed Saeed Hareb, CEO of SPEED-FIT UAE.

“It was really my passion to create a premier fitness club where members can actually be treated like royalty - not customers and work out with the best fitness trainers so we have built a state-of-the-art facility, and created a friendly, productive atmosphere centered on delivering wellness and fitness results in the most efficient ways possible,” she remarked.

“We constantly hear this statement that the primary reason people are not exercising is that they believe they simply don't have the time,” says Ms. Hareb.

“However, given the scientifically developed fitness program at SPEED-FIT, it's possible to engage in a comprehensive workout in exactly 15 minutes and see optimum results,” she said.

SPEED-FIT's unique EMS training system makes it possible for users to effectively achieve their strength and fitness goals with just two 15-minute workout sessions per week. Using the principle of stimulating muscles to contract repeatedly for quick and effective results, SPEED-FIT offers their patrons maximum results in minimum time.

Following their success in Germany and Austria, where they operate multiple gyms and are among the biggest specialized clubs in Europe, SPEED-FIT targeted Dubai for their first global foray, thanks to the city's growing profile as a leading multi-cultural business and leisure destination.

SPEED-FIT has customisable fitness regimens and solutions for users with varying goals and needs. Backed by years of German research and technology, SPEED-FIT is able to deliver efficient solutions for a variety of customer needs. They offer programmes for a variety of goals including: strength-building, body-shaping, bodybuilding, both targeted and overall weightloss, and recuperative needs.
