Team Corum, comprising Patrick Maleitzke, Philip Sommer and Lukas Sdrenka won the 15th CORUM Snow Polo World Cup at Kitzbühel, by besting the cream of the assembled international polo field by a superior 12.5-6 margin. On their way to victory, Team Corum achieved a goal difference of plus 20.5, which is one of the best ever recorded in the history of the Kitzbühel event.
While presenting the winners with a Bubble Luminova timepiece each, CORUM CEO Davide Traxler said “This is our first time in Kitzbühel and I am proud to associate CORUM with this major event which is also a great platform for us as we share an identical target group of customers. It has been 3 extraordinary days and CORUM is not only proud to support this fabulous sport but also this impressive team. We look forward to 2018!”
This was the 15th edition of the Snow Polo World Cup, sponsored for the first time by CORUM. The event, held annual in the resort town nestled in the Austrian Alps, is regarded as the world's largest polo tournaments on snow and is a celebration of the best of equestrian sports and attracts the cream of the world polo talent and hundreds of the elite sports followers.
