NEW YORKER continues its expansion and opens with the 39th market entry its first store in Qatar. The international fashion company from Germany presents its latest collections in the capital Doha.
In June 2013, NEW YORKER opened a store in the “Ezdan Mall” in Doha.
After successful years 2011 and 2012, in which NEW YORKER recorded nearly 200 new branches and seven successful market entries in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Norway, Finland, Armenia, Georgia and Azerbaijan, NEW YORKER is continuing with its expansion in 2013 after the entry in Morocco, now with the market entry in Qatar.
With the opening in Doha, NEW YORKER is represented by more than 975 branches in 39 countries. NEW YORKER already opened 17 franchise-stores in Middle East in the last years. More openings (e.g. Saudi Arabia) are planned this year.
NEW YORKER offers its customers in the new store in Doha a diverse range of the latest trends of their own-brands FSBN, FB SISTER, SMOG, AMISU and CENSORED. The store in the “Ezdan Mall” has a size of 1.270m˛.
Since opening the first store in Flensburg in Northern Germany, NEW YORKER has grown continuously. More than 16.000 full- and part-time workers now belong to the NEW YORKER team.
